I could use some advice as to how to best communicate to my "group leaders" the best way for them to now utilize the new "communication" option. Also, now all congregants who have logged in will now have to go and update their notifications each group they are part of.
Are any of you sending an explanatory email to your group leaders and congregants that have realm accounts whenever there is a change like this?
I love what Realm does for us in the office and want those who are utilizing it as group leaders and congregants to love it as well - they just aren't keeping up with the changes and then get frustrated. I am getting comments like "please don't make us use Realm for this" in a few groups.
I almost feel like I need to take each leader out to coffee and "train" them. Hoping to find a less time consuming way to bring them up to speed.
