I'd love to have examples of how others are using the Profile Alert field. We're thinking of using it for members who are no longer allowed in our church. Would love to hear other examples.

Haven't investigated this much...but need to look into it!
, have you researched the Profile Alert field any?
, we haven't figured out a way to communicate the meaning of each color alert in a way that all departments utilize it in a consistent manner over time.
We use the profile alert colors to denote different membership statuses. We only use three colors. Yellow (for our nonmember involved folks/ some on the path to membership), Purple (for our active members) and Red (for our deceased and past members.) This is very helpful for all staff, including pastors to quickly see who is a member and who is not. And, Red reminds staff to stop and look a little closer before proceeding with that profile.
