We are two months in with Realm and have launched with a test group. Some members of the test group were former members of another church that also used Realm, and they are having some problems with logging in with our church invite. Has anyone else had this problem? What did you do to resolve the issue? Or if you have ANY suggestions, I'm wide open to hearing them!

In MinistrySmart Community you can ask and answer questions and share your experience with others!

It might be that they automatically fill the address on their web browser with the 'old' (previous church) URL address.

For instance, our church's Parish Realm URL is (you can find yours in the Admin tab, Manage Realm Account, Account Summary).

I don't know how to change that in the Connect app, though. Generally, I would contact Support, they are extremely helpful!
